returns


we accept returns within fourteen days of receipt for a full refund, when accompanied with the original sales receipt. the merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund.

how do I make a return?
contact customercare@aliceandolivia.com or call 646-747-1461 to schedule your return. we will give you a return authorization number and a fedex shipping label for shipping to our warehouse. please be sure to include a copy of the invoice with which your purchase was shipped in order for us to track your return properly.

where do I send my return?
please affix the provided fedex shipping label to the outside of the box and either schedule a fedex pickup, or drop at a fedex location.

how do I receive a refund?
once your package is received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five to seven business days. you will be notified via email once this transaction takes place.



please note our warehouse will be closed for the memorial day holiday. all orders placed after 12pm EST on 5/28, 5/29, 5/30, and 5/31 will be processed on Tuesday 6/1.
